  4.         This release of NARC.EXE (version 1.1) is the second
  5.     release and thus still a BETA test release. Several bugs have been
  6.     fixed as noted in NARC.DOC. I would greatly appreciate
  7.     hearing about any problems with the program. I have spent six
  8.     months putting together all of the information contained in
  9.     NARC.EXE and NARC.DOC (I refuse to count the hours !). Myself
  10.     and a few friends have spent many more hours testing and digging
  11.     for bugs to squash and what you see are the results, hopefully
  12.     satisfying. Use and enjoy !

  14.         If you do find a problem, PLEASE write down exactly what
  15.     you were doing (or trying to do) and everything else that you can
  16.     remember about what you had just done before the problem arose.
  17.     I can't tell you how important that this is when reporting problems.
  18.     The easiest and fastest way to fix a problem, is by being able to
  19.     duplicate it ! I will gladly address bug-a-boos as quickly as is
  20.     possible, so please be diligent in error reporting.
